General rules
- 1.1. TERMS AND THEIR VALIDITY PERIOD
- These standard terms apply to orders placed in the online store Motosports.lv (hereinafter INTERNET STORE) in Latvian or English, between a person (hereinafter BUYER) placing the order and SIA IGJJ (hereinafter SELLER). These contract terms have been in effect since 01.12.2017.
- 1.2. DISTANCE CONTRACT
- A distance contract is an agreement between the CONSUMER (PTAL Article 1, Clause 3) and the seller (PTAL Article 1, Clause 5) or service provider (PTAL Article 1, Clause 4), based on the seller's or service provider's offer through addressed or unaddressed printed matter, standard letters, catalogs, advertisements published in the press with an attached order form, telephone, fax, Internet, email, television, radio, and other means of sending or transmitting information.
- 1.3. DISTANCE CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT
- The distance contract is considered concluded as soon as the CONSUMER has placed an order via the Internet, telephone, or other technological means and has received confirmation of the order from the SELLER by email. The order and order confirmation are considered received when accessible to the parties to whom they are addressed.
- 1.4. DISTANCE CONTRACT EXECUTION TIME
- The SELLER undertakes to fulfill the terms of the distance contract no later than 30 days after receiving the order from the CONSUMER, unless the contracting parties have agreed on a different term. If the SELLER cannot fulfill the contract because the product ordered by the CONSUMER is not available, the SELLER is obliged to inform the CONSUMER. In such a case, the SELLER may offer the CONSUMER an equivalent product at an equivalent price.

- 1.6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
- The Consumer's right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within a specified period without paying a penalty, interest, or compensation. The right of withdrawal, procedure, and deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal are determined by the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of May 20, 2014 - "Regulations on Distance Contracts".
- To return a purchase, the Buyer must fill out the Right of Withdrawal form and send it to the Seller along with the returned product.
- After receiving the goods, the Seller will refund the money to the Buyer's specified bank account.

1.7. CLAIM FOR A PRODUCT NOT COMPLYING WITH CONTRACT TERMS
- We remind that consumers have the statutory right to file a claim for a product not complying with contract terms within 24 months from the date of product delivery.
- Consumer claim for a product not complying with contract terms:
- Products offered in the online store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and other conditions are specified in the warranty documents attached to the product. The warranty does not affect the rights granted to the Consumer by regulatory acts.
- Regardless of the manufacturer's warranty, the Consumer, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and other regulatory requirements, has the right to file a claim with the manufacturer or Seller for product non-compliance with contract terms within 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. The date of purchase is considered the day the manufacturer or Seller delivered and the Consumer accepted the respective product.
- If the CONSUMER wishes to return a product that does not comply with the distance contract terms, the CONSUMER must fill out the claim application form and return the product in full set.
- When submitting a claim to the manufacturer or Seller regarding the non-compliance of the product with the contract terms, the Consumer attaches a copy of the document proving the transaction to the claim application.
- 1.8. COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDURE
- Complaints about product availability or quality should be submitted electronically by sending to the following email address –motosports@motosports.lv or please submit the complaint in writing by sending it to the following address: Riga, A.Čaka 149, LV-1012.
- If the submitted complaint is found to be unfounded and you disagree with the complaint being recognized as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided by regulatory enactments by submitting a written application to the seller for out-of-court dispute resolution, indicating:

1. Name, surname, contact information;
2. Date of submission of the application
3. The nature of the dispute, claims, and their justification.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT THE ONLINE STORE
- 2.1. PRICES
- All prices for goods in the ONLINE STORE are shown in euros including value-added tax. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the goods for the BUYER.
- 2.2. LANGUAGE
- BUYERS OF THE ONLINE STORE are given the opportunity to place an order and conclude a distance contract in Latvian.
- 2.3. ORDER PLACEMENT
- The BUYER has the opportunity to purchase any selected product in the ONLINE STORE by ordering it online at Motosports.lv. To place an order ONLINE, the BUYER needs to register (only registered users can place orders online).
- 2.4. TERMS OF STORAGE OF THE CONCLUDED CONTRACT
- The SELLER does not keep contracts concluded for goods purchased in the ONLINE STORE
